These Terms and Conditions apply to all body-sculpting treatments, treatment packages, masterclasses, courses, and training provided by Bella V Body Sculpting and Bella V Body Sculpting Academy (“Bella V”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By booking a treatment, package, masterclass, or course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Bookings and payments
A non-refundable booking fee or deposit is required to secure a treatment appointment, treatment package, masterclass, or course place. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received.
The booking fee for treatments will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. For Academy training, the deposit will be deducted from the course fee where applicable.
Any remaining balance must be paid by the date, method, or deadline confirmed to you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, training, certificates, or access to course materials where payment remains outstanding.
2. Treatment appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time, as we may not be able to extend your appointment.
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures, and any other circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment. We may decline, postpone, or adapt a treatment where we believe it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.
Treatment results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results, and you agree to follow all aftercare advice provided.
3. Treatment cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment.
Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, you may reschedule once, subject to availability, and your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be required for a future appointment.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. Repeated no-shows may require future treatments to be paid in full before booking.
4. Treatment courses and packages
All appointments within a treatment course or package are subject to the 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend a package session with less than 48 hours’ notice, that session will be treated as used and deducted from your remaining sessions.
Treatment courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once treatment has begun, subject always to your statutory rights.
5. Academy masterclasses and courses
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Academy training date. This reflects the reservation of your place, course preparation, training materials, equipment, administrative time, and, where applicable, the time reserved exclusively for your training.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any stated course requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
If practical work requires you to provide a model, you are responsible for ensuring that your model attends on time and is suitable for the treatment. A missing or unsuitable model may affect your ability to complete the practical part of the course.
Please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee that missed content will be repeated or that additional training time can be provided because of late arrival.
6. Academy cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
If you need to cancel or move your masterclass or course date, please contact us as soon as possible.
With at least 7 days’ notice, you may transfer your booking once to another available date. All replacement dates are subject to availability.
With less than 7 days’ notice, your deposit may be lost and a new deposit may be required to secure another date.
If you do not attend your training without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. Your deposit and payments already made may be forfeited, subject to your statutory rights. A new booking and deposit will be required to attend a future course.
7. Certificates and training materials
Certificates will only be issued once you have successfully completed the required training and practical elements and paid all outstanding fees.
Course manuals, resources, videos, teaching methods, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Bella V Academy unless otherwise stated. They are for your personal learning only and must not be copied, shared, sold, recorded, or used to train others without our written permission.
Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, insurance, income, or business results. You are responsible for obtaining any insurance, licences, permissions, and further qualifications required to practise lawfully.
8. If Bella V needs to cancel or reschedule
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a treatment, masterclass, or course, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date.
If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, we will provide any refund that is due in line with your statutory rights.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
For online, telephone, or other distance bookings, you may have cancellation rights. Where you expressly ask us to begin providing services, preparing personalised materials, or supplying digital content during an applicable cancellation period, you may lose some or all of those rights or be required to pay for the services already provided, as permitted by law.
